• Customer-supplied items: Engraving on customer-provided items is at their own risk.

• Full payment upfront is required or a deposit for large orders.

• All items are non-refundable.

3. Turnaround Time & Rush Orders

• Standard production times (e.g., 3–5 business days). Rush services is available upon request.

4. Design & Copyright Policy

• Please ensure you have the rights to any logos, images, or text they submit.

• We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe on copyrights or are inappropriate.

5. Shipping & Pickup Policy

• Free shipping is included in most projects. 

• The best is to pick up in-store to avoid damages. 

6. Damage & Liability Policy

• Limit liability for customer-supplied items or materials.

7. Privacy & Data Use

• Your personal information and designs will be used solely to fulfill your project needs. We will only showcase your project with your consent.
